At Sugar Pine Products, every product is carefully handcrafted in small batches using natural, high-quality ingredients. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped—this applies to both opened and unopened items.

All sales are final.

This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our products and to ensure that every item you receive is fresh, untampered, and in its original condition. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness for our customers.

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you believe you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us at sugarpineproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assess the situation and provide a resolution when applicable.
