Shipping Policy

At Sugar Pine Products, all of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to care and craftsmanship.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume times (such as product launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We ship via USPS, FEDEX, DHL and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days at Sugarpineproducts@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number and any supporting information (like photos, if applicable).

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
